Director of Interim Services & Consulting – SGR

SGR is looking for a Director of Interim Services and Consulting to join our innovative and dynamic team. Interim Services and Consulting is a fast-growing division of SGR, expanding as the business line continues to grow exponentially. The incoming Director of Interim Services and Consulting will provide expertise in support of that growth, identifying and developing appropriate consulting products in support of SGR's mission and client needs.
The Director of Interim Services and Consulting will play a significant role in supporting SGR's continued growth and business development efforts, reporting directly to the Senior Managing Director - Interim Services and Consulting. This position will develop and oversee Management Consulting while also providing complex administrative support for the Interim Services business line.
The successful candidate must be a team player, motivated by delivering the consulting products and interim services that will best serve SGR's clients most effectively. An outgoing people person, a focus of the new Director of Interim Services and Consulting will be working to create a vibrant synergy between SGR and its clients and contractors by routinely checking in with them to establish a strong rapport as well as ensure their satisfaction.
